    • Cause: L3´s existing QA02 and F2 creation processes required the inspecting party to access multiple SAP screens simultaneously.

  • Redundant data entry across multiple screens
    • Cause: L3´s quality inspectors were required to input the same inspection data in multiple different screens. If the SAP GUI data was incorrect at any point, the material would fail to be processed and would not be sent to the correct destination.
