Synactive delivers a new mobile application framework for BlackBerry smartphones-providing simple, secure access to SAP transactions.
Foster City, CA -- October 13, 2009 - Synactive, Inc. Ltd. resulting in a tenfold increase in efficiency.
The Service Order Process navigation originally took 64 screens to complete. The Service Order Process manages and monitors service calls, status and overall service contracts. The GuiXT solution has now simplified the process to 6 screens - resulting in both increased quotation generation and service delivery.
Daikin has been in Singapore since 1968 and is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Ltd, which is headquartered in Osaka, Japan. The Singapore subsidiary boasts 170 staff and revenues of S$120 million, selling residential, commercial and industrial air-conditioners.
