Synactive Extends GuiXT WS Platform to Generate Office-based Business Application Interfaces and Integrate with SAP® Solutions
Introducing GuiXT WS Workbench–an authoring tool in support of SAP solutions to enhance the user experience while simplifying and automating data integration with WS Office, Microsoft® Excel, Adobe® Acrobat, and SAP GUI

(www.guixt.com), a leading developer of optimization and user-enablement solutions for use with SAP® solutions, today announced the introduction of GuiXT WS Workbench, an application for business users to author office-based business application interfaces to SAP Business Suite software, without any programming or scripting required. Integration with personal productivity tools empowers individuals with familiar interfaces they use on a day-to-day basis.

Business applications used on a day-to-day basis often involve manual data entry that can be a little time consuming for users. GuiXT WS Workbench enables bulk data migration and moves complex workflows into familiar formats without the need for developers to spend time creating integration, easing the data-entry process for business users. Complex transactions containing multiple screens are recorded to show only the fields and cells business users need. Even custom transactions can be recorded and displayed in Excel or PDF, or aggregated on one GUI screen, enabling users to easily automate the uploading and downloading of data between familiar application interfaces to fields in SAP solutions.

"WS Office also enables our customers to extract data from a given record or transaction and modify it in the familiar interface of Excel, while providing error handling for the subsequent upload back to the SAP solution."
