"ActiveX component can't create object" error message

Symptoms
When you use Liquid UI WorkBench, you receive the following error message:
ActiveX component can't create object

This article describes some common causes for this error message and provides resolution to the issue.
Cause: This behavior can occur if any of the following conditions are true:

Data Access Objects (DAO) is not properly registered.
-or-
One or more references are missing.
-or-
There is a utility database reference that is not valid.
-or-
You do not have the required permissions for required libraries.
-or-
There is a damaged wizard file.

Resolution:
Need to make changes to a key in Registry.
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Licenses\4D553650-6ABE-11cf-8ADB-00AA00C00905]
And the value is,
gfjmrfkfifkmkfffrlmmgmhmnlulkmfmqkqj

Download the Registry Key, from the below link, that will set the values.
Windows Registry key (dlg.reg file)

Steps to Set the value of Registry Key, using dlg.reg file:
Step 01: After the download of dlg.zip
Step 02: Extract dlg.zip, which extracts dlg.reg file.
Step 03: Double Click on dlg.reg to perform a "Merge".
         or right-click, and click on "Merge".

The value in dlg.reg file will be set in the Windows Registry
