With a single app you can unlock the power of your SAP including Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, any business transaction in SAP ERP on your mobile device.
This will be a demo of creating and viewing a sales order in the LiquidUI app for Android.
In the app, you start with the Wharf screen where two easy access buttons are displayed: Connection List and Insider. On the Insider page, we can change the text size, color, background, and other settings. For this demo, we changed the theme from Classic to Orca.
Now let's go to our Connection List and select our favorite R/3 Connection. Creation of a sales order is performed using the VA01 transaction in SAP. We enter an Order Type on the first screen. On the second screen, Ship-to/Sold-to parties are executed. On hitting Return, the Sales Area data is chosen.
Now we have edited the Delivery Block, Order Reason, and added two items to the table. To keep this video short, that is all we did to save the order. You can do anything that SAPGUI does on this screen using our app. Now we flip the theme to LiquidUI5. Going back to the current session using the smart button "Active Session", you see the flipped has taken immediate effect.
Let's view our sales order we created using the VA02 transaction. You can see the order is now displayed.
