Within the Master Record architecture, there exists an object hierarchy. This is due to the Master Record and all of its subsidiary Addendums being contained in an application object. The hierarchy defines the properties of the Master Record and its attendant Addendums. In addition, the hierarchy includes the name and pattern of the index within which all Addendums are contained.
