6.03 Renewing a License after a failed payment


License renewal through the portal may encounter problems, such as card issues, insufficient funds, or incorrect information, resulting in failed transactions. To avoid delays, customers should initiate the renewal process before their packages expire.

Note: You will receive license remainder emails from the LAMP at regular intervals to remind you about soon-to-expire licenses.

  1. Log in to LAMP and select My Orders to view your subscriptions. Click the Cart icon next to the order to open the Subscription Details page.
     
     
  2. On the Subscription Details page, click on Add new card details and proceed with entering the required details.
     
     
  3. After adding the new card, select it from the list of saved cards. Click Use this card to set it as your default payment method for future subscription charges. Ensure that your newly added card is marked as In Use for upcoming payments.
