Liquid UI, included in SAP, allows users to customize SAP screens without ABAP programming. Users can write scripts to simplify the interface and remove unnecessary screens. Advanced features require a license. With a valid license, users can unlock advanced features, such as combining multiple transactions, customizing workflows, enabling multi-device support, integration with third-party applications, and leveraging advanced security settings to ensure data protection. Liquid UI is inactive by default and requires GuiXT activation.
- To enable GuiXT and run WS scripts, click the Settings icon on the SAP screen, then select Activate GuiXT. The appearance of a checkmark confirms that GuiXT is active.
Note: Once Liquid UI WS is installed with a valid license, you must activate GuiXT in SAP GUI and configure WS.
