The License Pack renewal process describes how to renew your device's license based on the license pack(s) that are currently in your account.
A user can buy licenses for different periods of time. A license pack is only valid for the months specified when it is purchased. So, to ensure uninterrupted product usage you will need to buy a new license pack before the current one expires.
Liquid UI licenses will be renewed automatically through the default payment gateway on the user's device. However, you can renew the license manually in any of the following ways:
- Purchasing through Sales: Buying licenses directly from Sales through rfi@guixt.com will provide you several key features, including any-time support, etc. A Liquid UI Sales Representative will help you choose your appropriate license plan.
- Self Service Purchase from LAMP (Liquid UI Access Management Portal): LAMP’s Self Purchase Service allows you to purchase the Liquid UI licenses directly from the Portal.
