LAMP sends reminder emails to the admin to remind them about the soon-to-expire licenses in case the card used for payment expires before the date of renewal. Thus ensuring the smooth running of your business operations without any interruptions.
This email provides details regarding the remaining days until the Liquid UI mobile application license expires, including the specific expiration date. It also includes links to the following:
- Login to the LAMP account
- Update Payment details
LAMP license renewal reminder email periods and formats:
You will receive an email from LAMP 90, 60, 30, 15, 7, and 1 day before the expiration date of your current license pack(s), as shown below.
- 90 days before the expiration
- 60 days before the expiration
- 30 days before the expiration
- 15 days before the expiration
- 7 days before the expiration
- 1 day before the expiration
To view your Subscription details, navigate to the My Orders page, and click the cart button, where you will be navigated to the Subscription Details page, as shown in the image below.
