2.3.18 Setting Background Images

Liquid UI for Android allows you to customize your SAP screens by setting a personalized background image. You can select an image from your device's gallery or capture a new one using the camera. Liquid UI for Android supports JPG and PNG formats.

Note: You can remove the background image applied to your SAP screens.

1. On the Server Connection screens, click Main Menu → App Settings.
   
    
   
    
2. To locate the Background Image, scroll down the Insider screen. Clicking on Background Image will display a popup with three options, as shown below.
   
    
   
    
3. The three options available under the Background Image setting are described below.
   
   • Remove: Tap this option to remove the existing background image.
     
      
     
      
   • Select: Tap this option to choose an image from your device's image gallery. Both digital photographs and graphical images can be used.
     
      
     
      
   • The image chosen from the gallery will be set as the background image for the SAP screen, as shown below.
     
      
     
      
   • Snap: Tap this option to capture a photograph using the device’s built-in camera. Tap the checkmark in the lower right corner to select the image you just took. Tap the delete icon to delete the screenshot and retake the picture.
     
      
     
      
   • This prompts a confirmation dialogue. Selecting YES sets the clicked image as the SAP screen’s background.
